About Acme's Audition Process

Acme Theatre Company invites all 9th-12th grade students to audition to act or sign up to work as technicians for our three main stage shows this season.  There is no cost to participate in Acme Theatre Company.   No theatre experience is required!

We invite and welcome company members of all ethnicities, races, gender identities, ages, and body types, as well as performers with disabilities, to join us.

We hold open auditions before each production.

Audition sign-up info will be posted on this page as it becomes available.

Actors are asked to complete a Google form, sign up for a 40-min slot, prepare a monologue, attend the 40-min group slot, and then attend a group session.  Technicians are asked to sign up on the Google form and then we will contact you regarding technical work as the  process unfolds!
